Paul Ickovic (born 1944) is a Czech (Czechoslovak/)American Photographer.  This is an unusual photograph for him because he usually worked in black and white.  It is encased in a Kulicke frame.  There are some scratches on the plastic.  It is in very good condition.  A further description is "South France 1967" there is a 1970 dating on the rear also and inscription "To Ben".
